Bueno, trasteando por ahí me he encontrado estos logs con archivos de audio que fueron cortados de la misión en Londres. Me parece que en cierto modo demuestran que la misión final fue acelerada, ya que se ve a ciertas facciones que podrían estar o no dependiendo de lo que hubieras hecho en el juego.

Joker was involved in this scene:

Anderson talks to Joker:

Follows dialogue of the deleted scene where Shepard tells his squadmates to get out of there and the radio conversations on how Hammer was wiped out.

"We've been fighting hard, saw some things we've never seen before, and we're getting ready to make the push."

There are also audio files on radio chatter and a few other things that suggest a much larger battle on Earth. Either this got cut out due to time constraints or/and they're planning to release a "Battle for Earth" DLC and this is what they've been hinting at all along. Personally, it looks pretty cool.
